Located in Dubai with panoramic views towards the city, the project is a high-end sports medical center, catering for both high performance athletes and the general public. There is a wealth of evidence to suggest that a well-designed environment can improve recovery times and contribute to better outcomes for patients, while providing a more enjoyable workplace for medical staff.The ambition was to design the center as a natural place for all those who use it. Everyone who uses the center is regarded as a ‘partner’ in the delivery of health care, with a common goal of promoting patient well-being. Divisions between departments are sought to be minimized to ease the stress involved in consultation and treatment for patients and reduce walking distances for staff.

Throughout the medical center there is an emphasis on natural light and views. The interior spaces are designed to create an efficient flow to reduce patient waiting   times   and   ensure   the   highest   level   of   service.   The   interior   design   is   clean   and   efficient   with   natural   materials,   sympathetic   lighting   and   patterns introduced to create a calm welcoming interior.
